FAQ
1. When installing the roof of our products, it is recommended that the slope be about 20%. When the span of the house is greater than 30 meters, the slope is required to reach about 25%.
2. The steel structure materials used in the installation of our products are recommended to use national standard materials, and their models and grades must meet the load-bearing requirements and ensure consistency.
3. The light and ultraviolet rays in the installation area shall not exceed 50mw/m2 ring culture temperature ≤ 50°C.
4. Do not cover our products directly on other products with different waveforms and wave distances, and do not cover the tile surface of metal materials directly to avoid the deformation of PVC materials caused by high temperature absorption of metal materials.
5.PVC material has the performance of thermal expansion and contraction, so the length of a single product should not exceed 10m, so as not to expand the size is too large, break the fixing screw or crack the mounting hole.
6. Purlin spacing must be uniform, spacing within 800mm (within the corresponding waveform standard spacing requirements).
7. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to step on the product across the air to avoid safety accidents or damage to the product.
8. Please use a pistol to drill the hole in advance. Special plastic drill bits are required every day. The diameter of the drill bit is 2-4mm larger than that of the fixed piece (to reserve space for thermal expansion and contraction of plastic). Keep the edge of the hole smooth when drilling holes. Avoid concentration of force and be careful when drilling in cold weather. Pad the bottom of the product well when drilling holes.
9. All fixed parts should be at the top of the slope, and ensure that the fixed parts are perpendicular to the tile surface. The fixed parts cannot be too tight to avoid deformation of the anti-corrosion tile and water leakage.
10. The number of fixing parts shall be not less than 4 per square meter, and waterproof grooves can be installed above the fixing parts. For the points laid around the scaffolding, please add fixing pieces and windproof pressure pieces appropriately, and ensure that the length of anti-corrosion tiles extending out of the eaves purlin is within 100mm, and use strip stainless steel to press and fix the whole scaffolding around to prevent strong winds from blowing up the edge parts.
11. The horizontal overlapping of products must be carried out according to the dominant direction of wind and rain. Resin tiles, trapezoidal tiles, high wave tiles and large round wave tiles overlap one wave, and small wave tiles overlap two waves. When the span of the house exceeds 24 meters, three waves need to be overlapped.
12. The length of longitudinal lap is 200mm, and the purlin shall be in the middle of the tower joint, and two more fixing screws shall be installed at the lap joint.
